Eastchester Woman Arrested for Felony DWI

EASTCHESTER, NY — State Police stopped an Eastchester woman who they ended up charging with felony drunk driving.

Cinzia S. DeGregorio, 33, was stopped on I-90 in Guilderland for multiple traffic violations, police said.

An investigation found she was intoxicated.

DeGregorio was taken to the Albany barracks where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.08 percent.

Police said she had a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years, and as a result, she was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony.

DeGregorio was also charged with multiple vehicle and traffic violations.

She was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Guilderland Court August 25.
