Growlers Beer Bistro's First Annual Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is a sixteen day festival in Munich and Bavaria, Germany. We may not have 16 days but we will be fitting in all the fun in one weekend.  Join us for Growlers Beer Bistro’s first annual Oktoberfest in Tuckahoe on Saturday and Sunday, October 13th and 14th from 1:00PM to 11:00PM.  We will be serving German beer and food outside all day including Spaten, Franziskaner and the local Captain Lawrence Kolsch.  Pig roast, bratwurst and other German fare will also be available.  Beer games, beer truck, can jam, corn hole and jousting will be available for the young at heart and kids activities will include pumpkin decorating, jumping castle, face painting, carnival games and DJ from 1-4pm.  Tables and chairs will be set up under the tent so festivities can continue rain or shine.  Live music featuring Cutthroat Shamrock 8-11pm on Saturday and Marty Osterer’s MTJ Band 7-10pm on Sunday.

Prost!

Growlers Beer Bistro is located at 25 Main Street in Tuckahoe, NY.  Growlers was voted one of the "Best Bars in Westchester County" in both 2011 and 2012.  It is an intimate, relaxing, hip and jazzy beer-centric bistro/lounge where people with an open palate and appetite can learn about and enjoy the very best in craft beers from the quickly evolving U.S. and world markets.  These complex and delicious malted grain and hop-infused beverages are thoughtfully paired with a selective menu of local, seasonal small cuisine.
