
Each class will explore different concepts of fitness from developing endurance, core strength, flexibility and weight loss.
This class is designed to jump start your workout routine and is targeted for those who are willing to learn or add on to their fitness knowledge.
This is a 5 week class will be designed for all fitness levels, with a guarantee of loosing up to 20lbs. The classes will be approximately 45 minutes long, and will utilize weight/cardio for a guaranteed full body workout each time.

The class will be held three times a week. You can come all three times, but you must attend at least two of the classes for best results.

Wed 6:00 – 7:00pm
Thurs 7:30 – 8:30pm
