Since 2009, our team has offered compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with both in-person and telehealth appointments available. We specialize in psychiatry services, psychotherapy, medication management, ADHD evaluations, anxiety and depression treatment, postpartum depression support, and advanced options such as Spravato® (Esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. We also offer same-day appointments and flexible scheduling to help patients access care quickly when they need it most. With offices in White Plains and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, plus virtual visits across NYS, we make high-quality mental health care accessible, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Our providers take the time to listen, create personalized treatment plans, and help patients feel heard every step of the way. Most insurance plans are accepted, including coverage for Spravato® treatment for eligible patients. Larchmont Yacht Club

Make waves to fight cancer at the 34th annual Swim Across America - Long Island Sound open water swim on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Nearly 1,000 swimmers and hundreds of volunteers are expected to take part in the point-to-point swim from Larchmont Yacht Club to Larchmont Shore Club. Open-water swimmers can choose a 2K, 5K or 10K course; the 10K begins in Glen Cove on Long Island and crosses Long Island Sound to Larchmont. A separate half-mile pool swim will be held at Larchmont Shore Club from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., and additional pool swims at area clubs all summer long. Participants may also volunteer on land or water, donate to an individual or team, or join virtually through SAA My Way. Since the first Westchester County swim in 1992, Swim Across America - Long Island Sound has raised more than $32 million for its local beneficiaries Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Columbia University Medical Center, Weill Cornell Medicine and Cancer Support Team.
