Felony DWI Arrest for Bronxville Man, 50

Bronxville resident Christopher J. Kovi, 50, was arrested for felony Driving While Intoxicated Saturday in Philipstown, NY, according to state police.

After observing a vehicle stopped on Route 9 in the area of Route 301, troopers conducted a welfare check and found that the driver of the vehicle, Kovi, was intoxicated.

Kovi was charged with Felony DWI when an investigation revealed that he was convicted of DWI in 2009, state police said.

He was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Philipstown Court on December 7.
