Former Daycare Worker Accused of Molesting 4-Year-Old

The New Rochelle man worked at the Andrus Early Learning Center in Tuckahoe.

New Rochelle resident Isaac Nelson McKnight, 23, was arrested by Tuckahoe police Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual contact in connection with the alleged molestation of a four-year-old earlier this month.

The incident was reported at the Andrus Early Learning Center where McKnight had been an employee for about two weeks, writes The Journal News.

Details of the incident were not disclosed. No other children were involved, and McKnight was quickly fired, according to the center.

McKnight is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail and was remanded to Westchester County Jail. He is scheduled to next appear in court on Nov. 17.
