Former Yonkers School Administrator Pleads Guilty in School Bus Fraud Scheme
Anna Sollozzo had been arrested on Grand Larceny and related charges.

Yonkers resident Anna Sollozzo, a former administrator with the Yonkers School District, pleaded guilty Monday in connection with her role in a fraud scheme that preyed on the school system.
Sollozzo, who was the school district’s transportation supervisor, and Armonk resident William Ahern, owner of Yonkers-based A Plus Transportation, were accused of defrauding the district of hundreds of thousands of dollars by creating fake bus routes.
The case against Ahern is still pending, reports The Journal News. Sollozzo is slated to be sentenced in April.
