1. Eastchester Annual Town Yard Sale

Deal: Stop by the Lake Isle Country Club on 660 White Plains Road in Eastchester to dig through tons of items and find your special treasure. Items include new and used collectibles, jewelry, hand knit scarves and hats, pumpkins and more. Food will also be sold at the Yard Sale, from coffee, donuts and cupcakes to hot dogs. Proceeds to benefit the Town of Eastchester and Village of Tuckahoe Beautification.

Good Through: Sunday, October 2, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Sidewalk Sales in Bronxville

Deal: It will be bargains galore in Bronxville this weekend, as the Village will roll out its famous sidewalk sales one last time in 2011. Free parking will be available in the Kraft Ave. and Garden Ave. lots, and stores all across the Village will have stands out on the street for locals to browse through. Great deals, great atmosphere, what's not to like?

3. Jeans Sale in Bronxville

Deal: Need a new pair of jeans? Or two?  in Bronxville is having a "buy one get the second half off" sale of its jeans. So throw away that ripped pair of jeans and come upgrade your wardrobe in style! Yum Yum Tree is located on 96 Pondfield Road.

Deal: The Wine and Spirits Emporium in Bronxville is over 15% off of any 250ml bottle of wine not already on sale. The store is open on 98 Pondfield Road and offers a wide variety of wines and spirits. Come on through and let the celebration begin!

5. Great Deals at A&P 

Deal: A&P is bringing in the fall and Halloween season with some great all around deals, from novetly and painted faces pumpkins to lawn torches and more. Even better, Tuesday's are now "Senior Appreciation Day" at A&P, offering individuals of 55 years+ a 5% discount on any purchase of $30 or more. Happy shopping!
