Getting Your Listing Noticed and SOLD! this Tuesday Night @ Bronxville Adult School

Getting your Westchester County real estate sold will probably never be the slam-dunk it once was. But it can be easier than you may think!

Our real estate market is regaining its equilibrium, but things are still....uneven. Most recent local statistics show inventory and number of sales were up over 2014, but depending on the segment, prices held, or were slightly lower in 2015. So what does a serious seller in 2016 do to guarantee their best results?

Well, first accept all real estate is speculative to some degree. Channeling Tom Hanks in League of Their Own- 'there is no crying (or guarantees!) in real estate'. But also know home buying is an emotional process, driven by human nature: buyers, sellers and agents are all human. Know, and care about who your buyer is, you are on the right road.

This Tuesday night, March 29th, I'll be returning to the Bronxville Adult School to help you understand the whats, whys, and how-much of getting your house ready for sale, so you can craft your own best solution/strategy.

This is my fifth time teaching at the Bronxville Adult School. The class is fluid and interactive, and we all have a good time, so perhaps you'll want to join us? Suitable for sellers as well as agents, here's the link to register, hope to see you there!

Marie Graham is a Decorator, Stager, Photo Stylist and owner of The Refreshed Home. The biggest numbers you want to know are she has been doing this since 1981, and her Staged properties sell in less than half the time of other Westchester County properties.
