In this role, Reische will focus on agent development and business growth while fostering the collaborative culture that has helped make Houlihan Lawrence the leading brokerage north of New York City.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Reische served as Strategic Growth and Sales Manager at William Raveis. She is known for her work in leadership development, agent coaching and mentorship, helping real estate professionals sharpen their businesses and build sustainable growth. Before entering the real estate industry, she held marketing and creative roles with global media companies based in Manhattan.
