Man Killed by Train at Crestwood Station is 61-year-old Mount Vernon Resident
MTA officials have yet to release the man's name.

The man that was struck and killed by a train at the Crestwood Train Station around lunchtime Wednesday has been identified by MTA officials as a 61-year-old Mount Vernon resident.
The man's family has not yet been contacted and therefore the MTA is unable to release his name.
MTA spokesperson Margie Anders said Wednesday's death is being investigated as a suicide. According to eyewitnesses, the man was seen sitting on the tracks when the train pulled into the station.
