MaxPreps: Tuckahoe, Bronxville High School Football Teams Among Best in State
Both high schools compiled impressive winning records over the past 10 years.
The Tuckahoe and Bronxville high school football teams are the 15th and 20th best in New York, respectively, over the past 10 years, according to the high school sports authority MaxPreps.com.
Tuckahoe (#15) compiled a record of 71-31-1 during the period, while Bronxville (#20) went 68-25. Other Westchester high school football teams in the Top 20 are Rye (#8), Dobbs Ferry (#10) and New Rochelle (#12).
From 2004 to the present, Tuckahoe won two state championships and was runner-up twice, according to MaxPreps. Bronxville won a Class C state title in 2010.
