Fordham Dining introduces a new and exciting modern community dining program at Lincoln Center.

The new program offers customers an exceptional dining experience and delicious menu options.

“Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, maximum student satisfaction and increase customer engagement,” said John Azzopardi, Resident District Manager. “Our menu embraces all that New York City food culture has to offer, including on-trend cuisines, culinary innovation and lively events.”

There is something for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, allergen-free, and international cuisines; for students looking for comfort foods, there are “Close-to-Home” entrée options. The menu options features quality, local, farm fresh sustainable ingredients.

Menu choices are available al-la carte, self-serve, and all-you-care-to-eat. New value options will be available at each location including discounted deals, limited time offers and loyalty programs.

The Undergraduate Community Dining room located on the street level features seven unique stations that include freshly baked pizza, a grill station and international entrées.

The Schmeltzer Dining Hall on the second floor hosts four Sodexo brands, Slice-of-Life, freshly made pizza and entrees; The Grille, a traditional grill menu; Sammies, custom and signature sandwiches and Simply-to-Go, conveniently packaged sandwiches, snacks, and coffees. In addition, this area also features a Faculty & Staff dining room.

The Cromin Café on the sixth floor features Jazzman’s, a Sodexo signature café and bakery.

Upcoming changes include adding a street-level international restaurant and transforming the Ram Café into a “create your own” salad and hot buffet bar.

In addition to the physical changes, new faces have joined the dining team. Sue Irukulla is appointed general manager and possesses an extensive background in travel, high end catering and campus dining experience.

Melanie Ordway joined the Fordham team at the beginning of the semester as on-site Registered Dietitian. She graduated from SUNY New Paltz and has already helped make an impact with students via Twitter Q&A’s, tabling events and engagement with the Student Culinary Council on campus.

Fordham Dining is committed to guest satisfaction, food safety, health and wellness. The dining services program has received 30 straight A-ratings from the NYC health department. Featuring an onsite Registered Dietician available to all students, Sodexo’s award-winning Mindful program has been successfully implemented at both Fordham campus locations.
