With hours to go for high wind warnings in the Hudson Valley, Con Edison is reporting more than 680 customers without electricity in Westchester County. The power company said the location with the most outages is the City of Peekskill with 218 as of 12:40 p.m. Monday.
There are also a little more than 110 customers without power in the Town of Eastchester and about 90 in the Town of Cortlandt.
Ossining and Mount Vernon have 43 and 25, respectively.
