Retired Eastchester Cop Helps Former Colleagues Nab a Suspect
The former police officer was in the vicinity of a CVS when it was allegedly robbed.

EASTCHESTER, NY - Police in the Town of Eastchester got an assist from a former colleague in capturing a man who allegedly stole $1,345 worth of items from a CVS.
Lohud.com said retired officer Darin Farrell called his old department when he noticed police activity in the area and someone who seemed to be frantically talking on a cell phone.
Jamel Edwards, who had allegedly taken oral-health and heartburn products, among other things, from the store, was apprehended by Eastchester police.
