New Cupcake Shop to Hold Grand Opening Saturday
The franchise will be the first to open in the northeast.
GREENBURGH, NY — The first northeast location of Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery will hold its grand opening Saturday in the Town of Greenburgh.
Joining the festivities will be franchisee owners Anthony Bannister and Regina Smith, Smallcakes of Scarsdale employees, Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner and Smallcakes founder Jeff Martin.
During the grand opening, which will held from noon to 3 p.m., there will be free food sampes, raffle prinze giveaways, music and activities for kids, according to information from organizers.

Martin has appeared on three seasons of the Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars” and daytime’s “The View.”

Smallcakes, whose slogan is “Maybe a Cupcake Will Help,” bakes and frosts 18 signature flavors every morning from scratch.

Smallcakes of Scarsdale is located at 749 Central Park Ave. in Scarsdale. A bakery in Patchogue is opening soon.
