Shake Shack to Add Yonkers Location in 2016

The popular hamburger joint Shake Shack will open a location in Yonkers this year, according to officials.

A specific date for the opening has not yet been announced. The Journal News reports the new location will be in Cross County Shopping Center, across from the Zara store.

Shake Shack has more 70 restaurants worldwide, but the Yonkers location will be the chain’s first in Westchester County.
