Body Slimming Treatment
The manager at Adriana's Spa, Fiona Velasco-Mills, says even her husband noticed a difference after she tried the spa's popular "Body Slimming Treatment."

"And it's unusual for him to notice anything!" she joked.
Velasco-Mills says the treatment is guaranteed to take six inches off your body and last up to 30 days. Here's how it works: Spa technicians soak bandages in a clay solution and wrap you up from feet to neck. After you're fully wrapped, you step into a vinyl body suit and you're encouraged to stretch, do some squats, and move around however you feel comfortable while you sweat it out.

"The clay draws out the toxins and impurities," says Velasco-Mills. "It also has a tightening effect."

Natural Keratin Treatment
If the humidity causes your hair to expand to the circumference of a beach ball, Salon Didomani can help. Nowadays many salons offer Brazilian straightening treatments, but Ellie Sheik of Salon Didomani promises a more natural (fewer chemicals involved) experience with her Keratin treatment. The "Simply Smooth" formula contains vanilla and apple pulp so your hair smells sweet as it's de-frizzed. An added bonus: You can wash your hair 24 hours after having the treatment—most versions require you to wait 3-4 days.
TBT: Anywhere from 1.5– 3 hours, depending on thickness and length of hair (the treatment lasts up to four months)
Cost: $350 and up

Vitamin C Facial Power Peel
Do your pores need a pick-me-up? Then check out the "Vitamin C Facial Power Peel" at the Village Day Spa. Here's how it works: This facial is geared toward skin that is "stressed-out" from daily exposure to pollution, smoke, make-up and, let's face it, life in general. The treatment includes all the exfoliation and extractions of a standard facial, but finishes with natural vegetable peel made with Vitamin C, ginseng and green tea—ingredients that will help improve your skin's "radiance and texture," says Danielle Dintino, the spa's manager.
TBT: 75 minutes
Cost: $110
Sunless Tan
Go for a facial…stay for a tan. If you're not one to tan (it's not good for you anyway!), try out a sunless tan at Village Day Spa and walk away looking like you spent the day on the beach. Here's how it works: Spa technicians use a papaya scrub to exfoliate your body and smooth out your skin. Next they apply a sunless tanning cream to give you a healthy glow from head to toe. Your tan will last about a week.
TBT: 1 hour
Cost: $95 (follow it up with a 45-minute maintenance treatment for $65)
Too Much Sun Body Treatment
If you didn't take our advice on the spray tan and ended up looking like a lobster, now's the time for the "Too Much Sun Body Treatment" at O Day Spa. O's owner, Meredith Gilbert, says this body wrap is a "centuries-old herbal remedy" made from Stonecrop, a plant similar to aloe that "soothes, hydrates and heels."
TBT: 1 hour
Cost: $100 (includes a 30-minute massage)
Cherry Cobbler Facial & Body Wrap
If you're looking for an organic spa experience, try the cherry cobbler. It's not the kind of cobbler you eat—it's the kind you wear. O Day Spa's treatments are organic and determined by what's in season. Right now, it's cherries. "Cherries are good at shrinking pores," says Gilbert.
"They are a super fruit, packed with antioxidants," she continued, "They rejuvenate your skin by destroying free radicals."
TBT: 1 hour for the facial, 1 hour for the body wrap (the body wrap includes a 30-minute massage)
Cost: $100 each
