Slideshow: Beatles Fan Gather in Tuckahoe for Tribute Concert

The band Strawberry Fields played in Tuckahoe on Wednesday night.

It was all about the Beatles on Thursday night in Tuckahoe's Depot Square as residents and fans came together to hear the music of Beatles tribute band Strawberry Fields.

Senator Jeff Klein sponsored the concert, which kicked off at 7:00 p.m.

Set up on the steps of the Pope Foundation, the band, which includes former cast members from Broadway's Beatlemania, performed as their English counterparts—clothing, accents and all.

The crowd, of which some could be seen wearing Beatles t-shirts, watched the show while sitting on blankets and chairs during what turned out to be a great night weather-wise.

As the band played the final song, Revolution, concert goers were up and dancing in front of the stage. And after the performance, many stuck around for photos with band members.
