Sunday Series

A look through the lens of Bronxville-based photographer Jay Wilson.

Welcome to Sunday Series, a photographic look at Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester through the lens of Bronxville-based photographer Jay Wilson. Every week, we'll post a new photo, taken by Wilson, depicting life in the three communities.

June 13: A short bike ride up the Bronx River found me in Tuckahoe early Sunday morning, where I discovered a small Greenmarket in Depot Square. Although the market is fairly small, the bounty is enormous—fresh baked breads, pastries, and of course a huge variety of produce. After picking up a loaf of whole grain bread from the Pane d'Oro stand, I admired the variety of produce offered.
