Sunday Series: Palmer Avenue Nightscape
A look through the lens of Bronxville-based photographer Jay Wilson.

Welcome to Sunday Series, a photographic look at Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester through the lens of Bronxville-based photographer Jay Wilson. Every week, we'll post a new photo, taken by Wilson, depicting life in the three communities.
September 5: West of the train tracks, Bronxville has a great line of little shops on Palmer Avenue and Parkway Road. It's a little darker, a little grittier than the pristine Pondfield Road shopping district, but that's part of it's charm. And of course you can only get so dark and gritty in Bronxville—I'm not talking Alphabet City circa 1990 here, folks.

From the amazing Osso Buco at Rosie's, to the charming Store Room Art Gallery at Gillard's, the incredible sashimi at Japan Inn, and the gorgeous pints of Guinness at Station House, there's always something to do at night on the "wrong" side of the tracks.
