The Journal News reports that the victim suffered a broken foot and lacerated toe when the workers closed a van door on her, and following the incident they are alleged to have tried to cover it up.

Arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor counts were Kimm Thompson, 49, of Albany; Monsurat Dindi, 54, of the Bronx; and Maxine Smith, 44, also of the Bronx.
