Town Justice Disciplined in Eastchester
A commission said there was misconduct on the bench.
EASTCHESTER, NY - An Eastchester town justice has been disciplined for misconduct on the bench.
The state Commission on Judicial Conduct said Janet M. Calano had improperly delegated her judicial duties, according to the Journal News.
The admonishment will not preclude Calano from continuing to serve, the Journal News said.
