Tuckahoe Habitat For Humanity Club Wins Volunteerism Prize

A $2,500 prize was donated to Habitat for Humanity of Westchester.

TUCKAHOE, NY — The Tuckahoe High School Habitat for Humanity Club was selected as a grand prize winner in the Charity Champions program sponsored by Altice Connects-Optimum. The program which “promotes volunteerism and helps raise money for a high school selected charity” recognized the Tuckahoe club for their work on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Westchester.

A $2,500 prize was donated to Habitat for Humanity of Westchester.

More than 100 students participated in the Tuckahoe High School club this school year rebuilding homes in the Westchester County area.
