Tuckahoe Man Arrested In Rockland County On Drugs, Weapons Charges

State Police initially stopped the man for alleged traffic violations.

TUCKAHOE, NY — State Police arrested a Westchester man after a traffic stop on the Thruway for allegedly possessing weapons and drugs. Troopers said Ken Suwabe, 31, of Tuckahoe, was initially pulled over in Rockland County Saturday for traffic violations that allegedly included driving without a seatbelt.

After he was stopped, troopers said they saw small bags of crystal meth in his vehicle and there was a loaded pistol holstered on his belt, the Journal News said.

Suwabe was charged with multiple counts of weapons possession and criminal possession of controlled substances.
