Tuckahoe Voters OK Revised Bond Proposal
An $20.5 million proposal was nixed by the public in December.

TUCKAHOE, NY — Tuckahoe voters overwhelmingly approved a revised bond referendum Tuesday. There were 836 yes votes and 241 no votes for the almost $10 million spending package.
A $20.5 million bond proposal was rejected by district votes in December by six votes.
The revised proposal will add eight classrooms at William E. Cottle School, as well as a new external security vestibule and a turf field replacement.
