Weekend Weather Forecast Includes Plenty of Sun in Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester

It’s not perfect, but we’re looking at a pretty nice weather weekend in Westchester County.

We’ll deal with some gray skies today and a slight chance of showers. The high temperature will be around 60 degrees.

Saturday is the best day of the weekend. The forecast calls for mostly sunny skies, temps in the mid 60s with a light wind. It will be a bit chilly Saturday night with temps back into the mid 40s.

On Sunday there is a very slight rain chance after 12 p.m. but also plenty of sunshine is also predicted. The good news is the temps will be near 70 degrees.

“A mostly cloudy day appears likely [Friday], and a few scattered showers could linger off just to the west of the Hudson Valley… with the best chance for a shower being in Delaware and Sullivan counties. But any showers should be rather short lived, and most of the area likely stays dry. Temperatures shouldn’t suffer too badly,” writes Hudson Valley Weather’s Bill Potter. “But the weekend looks nothing short of spectacular!! High pressure will take over the east coast of the US, and the resulting southwest flow, will drive warm air up into the Hudson Valley. Saturday looks very nice, as we approach 70°… and Sunday looks even better.”

Ironically, the best day of the year weather wise, may be on Monday when it’s forecast to be sunny and temperatures may hit the mid 70s.
