Westchester County Police Sergeant Arrested on DWI Charge: News Report
Sgt. Guiliano and the driver of the state Department of Transportation vehicle he reared suffered minor injuries.
Westchester County Police Sgt. Mario Guiliano, who lives in White Plains, was arrested last week on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a crash on the Taconic State Parkway, writes The Journal News.
Details of the crash were not released, but Sgt. Guiliano and the driver of the state Department of Transportation vehicle he reared suffered minor injuries.
The crash occurred Wednesday, Oct. 1, at about 8:30 p.m., and Guiliano, 46 and a 23-year veteran of the force, is scheduled to appear in Mount Pleasant Town Court on Oct. 16 to answer the charge, according to The Journal News.
