Westchester County's LGBT Advisory Board Meeting 3/31

The lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community in Westchester is as diverse as the general population. We live in all parts of the county, have varied family structures, work at different types of jobs and come from myriad racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Some of us live as totally open lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people — others remain in the closet for fear of reprisal. What we all have in common is the desire to be treated as equal citizens in our daily lives (www.lgbt.westchestergov.com).

On Monday, March 31st, the Westchester County LGBT Advisory Board will be hosting its monthly meeting.  The board is to advise the County Executive on issues important to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.  The meeting is open to community members who would like to discuss topics related to LGBT services, support, and advocacy in Westchester County.

148 Martine Avenue, White Plains, NY
Monday, March 31st at 6:30pm
