Yonkers Firefighters Injured Battling House Fire
The fire occurred at about 7 p.m. on Wednesday night.
A total of 11 Yonkers firefighters were injured while battling a house fire on Morsemere Avenue Wednesday night, according to The Journal News.
While the number of hurt firefighters appears high, all the injuries were believed to be minor in nature. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire, which began in the basement, is under investigation.
