Police believe Nolan was an innocent victim when he was struck by bullets while in a Burger King parking lot on Central Park Avenue, and that the shooting may have been caused by an argument surrounding a street drag race.
“The suspects fled in a vehicle southbound on Central Park Avenue. On Oct. 9, Mr. Nolan succumbed to his injuries. Anyone with information on the identity of these suspects is urged to contact Yonkers detectives and refer to case #15-101796,” the reward flyer states.
