Huntley leads the race with 7,978 votes, while Zinerman follows with 5,120 votes. Michael Bailey trails with 663 votes as counting concludes across the district.
Election officials report complete tabulation across all precincts, with blank, void, and write-in ballots making up a small share of total votes.
Assembly District 56 covers central and eastern Brooklyn neighborhoods shaped by dense residential blocks and long-established community corridors. The district includes a mix of public housing developments, rent-stabilized apartments, and older multi-family buildings.
