BROOKLYN, NY— Ice skating returns to Prospect Park on Halloween weekend, with free lessons, public skating and discounted hockey at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.
The season-opening weekend will also coincide with the Lakeside Fall Festival, which features a pumpkin patch, corn maze, carnival games, tarot card readings and a haunted hotel attraction.
The LeFrak Center offers daily public skating on its covered and open-air rinks, with 30,000 square feet of ice overlooking Prospect Park Lake.
