
De-stress at the end of the day with a free yoga session in Brooklyn Bridge Park! This all-level one hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities, led by instructors from Abhaya Yoga. This is a part of Brooklyn Bridge Park's Waterfront Workouts series, offering free weekly workouts from May through September.
This yoga class integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
No equipment is required but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or towels, if desired, to use on the lawn.
Advance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows. Fitness waivers are required by all participants.
