Brooklyn Children's Museum invites families to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, with The Culture Tree.
Families are invited to discover the story of Diwali through puppetry, create their own diya lamps in the Museum's ColorLab art studio, and participate in an Indian dance workshop and an interactive musical performance by Brooklyn Raga Massive.
This program takes place during our free Community Access Thursday hours (every Thursday, 2 pm – 5 pm), sponsored by Amazon, Citizens Philanthropic Foundation, and Investors Foundation.
