CityMD Opens Crown Heights Location
CityMD will support the emergency medical needs of families in the Crown Heights area with convenient weekday and weekend hours.
CityMD, the leading urgent care provider in the New York metropolitan area, opened their newest facility in Crown Heights, on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 256 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11213.
CityMD offers a wide range of medical services for patients of all ages. Board-certified doctors are on site to diagnose and provide care for many ailments and injuries such as colds and allergies, minor lacerations, sinus infections, stomach flu, insect bites and rashes, among other conditions. Patients can also visit CityMD for physical exams, common blood work, and vaccinations. CityMD also offers rapid testing for strep throat, flu, mononucleosis, and urinary tract infections.

Crown Heights is the seventeenth CityMD location in Brooklyn, and CityMD is proud to have seen over 350,000 patients in Brooklyn alone. CityMD is available to support the medical needs of residents in Brooklyn with convenient late-night hours on weekdays, as well as weekend hours. Additionally, the new location is equipped with state-of-the-art technology which includes X-ray and EKG machinery.
Through the use of CityMD’s centralized Aftercare Department, expert clinical assistants will help patients coordinate follow-up care, ranging from referrals to pre-approvals and other appointments. After their visits, patients can also send bill payments, view their statements, update their information, and even submit questions through CityMD’s secure online portal.

CityMD has more than 100 medical centers across the metro area. Each CityMD location is staffed primarily by board-certified emergency medicine doctors.
