On June 15, the staff at Shiloh Baptist Church on Tompkins Avenue in Brooklyn made their way to Concord Nursing & Rehabilitation, the 140-bed skilled nursing home on Madison Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, with a number of big white bags filled with all kinds of toiletries, all for the upcoming Father's Day weekend. These bags contained all kinds of beautiful smelling soaps, shampoos, deodorants, dental products, and more. Concord's Recreation Director Aracelis Abreu was teary-eyed and taken back by the highly generous gifts and what's more, is that the residents were all smiles, loving the gifts.

Additionally, all of the women from the church also did a brief service, and then gifts were given out to the residents' dads.
