When dealing with the possible Gowanus rezoning we (CB6) have followed a logic of , “when we find out more, you'll find out more” .
So, while we don’t yet have a completed DEIS, on Monday, December 2nd at P.S 32 , the Department of City Planning (DCP) and Housing, Preservation and Development (HPD), will be presenting an update on the Public Place / Gowanus Green site to our Economic/Waterfront/ Community Development and Housing Committee .
