Fire Blazes Through Bed-Stuy Apartment Building Tuesday: FDNY

BROOKLYN, NY — A fire broke out in an occupied Bed-Stuy apartment building on Tuesday morning, New York Fire Department officials said.

FDNY said they received a call about a fire in a four-story apartment building on Clifton Place between Bedford and Nostrand avenues around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Sixty firefighters responded to the blaze and brought it under control in less than 20 minutes, FDNY officials said.
