Chelsea Fire: Blaze Breaks Out on Roof of Building
The fire is on the roof of the building in Chelsea, according to the FDNY.

CHELSEA, MANHATTAN, NY - Authorities are on scene of a fire in the 400 block of West 23 Street in Manhattan, according to the FDNY.
The fire on the roof of a five-story building was reported just before 5:20 p.m. No injuries have been reported as a result of the fire.
