Leadership Prep 14 year old student slashes 12 year old student

At around , 7:20 am on August 28,2019 a 14 year old student at Leadership Prep Bedford Stuyvesant slashes a 12 year old student in the face. Both students attend the Leadership Prep Charter Middle School. The incident took place a block away from the charter school located on 141 Macon St.

One witnessed stated that the two boys were about to fight on the corner of Macon in front of a Deli store, when she turned around she seen the 12 year old student holding his face bleeding . The slashing happened so fast it left the students as well as the victim in shock. The students and parents on the scene rushed the student into the school, and alarmed school officials of the incident . While the 14 year old took off running when he realized what he had done .

Another witnessed stated that, school safety does not direct the students to go in the direction of the school when seen in the morning because many students have been known to stand on varies corners and large groups.

The cops arrived 15 minutes later and was on a hunt to find the student . The student is in custody and the victim is in stable condition and will be recovering from this incident.
