BROOKLYN, NY — Olympia DUMBO, a residential tower in Brooklyn, has announced the signed contract for Penthouse B. This sale is expected to be among the most expensive condominium transactions in Brooklyn’s history. PHB was last listed at $17.5 million, positioning it as the second-highest asking price for a condominium in the borough and the highest on a price-per-square-foot basis.

The penthouse, located on the 32nd floor, spans 4,928 square feet. It includes five bedrooms, a separate home office, and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The residence offers 360-degree views and a private 552-square-foot terrace. The design of the penthouse was completed by IMG.

The listing agents for PHB at Olympia DUMBO included Jessica Peters and Carl Ekroth of The Jessica Peters Team at Douglas Elliman. Karen Heyman and Casey Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty also represented the listing. Additionally, Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of the Eklund|Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman were co-listing agents. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handled the marketing for the property.

Olympia DUMBO provides over 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces across three floors.
