Man, 60, Hit By Train At Brooklyn Subway Station: NYPD

This is the second such incident this week.

BROOKLYN, NY — A 60-year-old man was struck by a train at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station on Tuesday night, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the man was hit by a Manhattan-bound R train at 11:25 p.m.

The man was rushed to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.

This is the second person in Brooklyn to be struck by a subway this week.

On Monday, a man was hit and killed by a northbound C train approaching the Clinton-Washington subway station in Clinton Hill, police said.
