Man Shot To Death Near Flatbush Strip Mall: Police

BROOKLYN, NY — A 27-year-old man was shot to death this Saturday near a strip mall, New York Police Department officials said.

NYPD officials said police found the victim, Jose Galloway, with multiple gunshot wounds to his body around 4 a.m. on Saturday in front of 2163 Tilden Ave. which is part of a strip mall a few blocks from Prospect Park.

Emergency responders rushed Galloway — an East New York local — to NYC Health + Hospitals Kings County, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
