
BROOKLYN, NY — Brooklynite Freddie Weston was shot in the head last night inside the Rockaway Avenue train station in Bed-Stuy just before midnight, New York Police Department officials said.
Emergency responders transported the victim to the nearby Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where Weston was pronounced dead shortly after.
The victim was 47 years old and lived on Sterling Place in Crown Heights.

The NYPD is looking for the shooter, but there have been no arrests yet. The investigation is ongoing.
