Attempted Rapist Is On The Loose In Brooklyn: NYPD

The man tried to rape a 75-year-old woman, police say.

FLATBUSH, NY — Police are looking for a man they say attempted to rape a 75-year-old woman yesterday at 6:30 a.m. in Flatbush.

New York Police Department officials said the attack happened in the vicinity of Tilden Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue.

The man fled on foot, traveling west on Tilden Avenue, and the victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County. The victim is in stable condition.

Police say the suspect has a slim build and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, a brown shirt, gray pants and sneakers.
