Man Stabbed In The Head Inside NYC Deli, 2 Suspects At Large

Two suspects had attempted to rob the deli at knife point before the stabbing, police said.

BROOKLYN, NY — A man was stabbed multiple times in the head inside a deli in Brooklyn early Thursday morning, police said.

The incident happened at a deli on Sutter Avenue in East New York around 4:20 a.m.

Officers found a 30-year-old man with stab wounds to the head inside the deli.

Two suspects had attempted to rob the deli at knife point before the stabbing, according to police.

The 30-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment. His current condition is not known.

The two suspects fled the scene in a black truck heading east on Sutter Avenue, police said.

A description of the two men has not been released yet.
