Wrench-Wielding Suspect Sought After Attacking MTA Bus Driver: NYPD
No arrests have been made and an investigation remains ongoing.

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are searching for a suspect who struck an MTA bus driver in the head with a wrench in Brooklyn earlier this month.
The NYPD released images of the suspect on Thursday.
The incident happened on May 13 around 8:04 a.m. in the vicinity of Lorraine Street and Hicks Street aboard a B61 bus, police said.

The suspect got into an argument with a 71-year-old bus driver before displaying a wrench and striking the victim in the forehead, police said.
The unidentified man then fled the bus on a scooter traveling eastbound on Lorraine Street.

The bus driver was transported to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital for his injuries.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie and khaki pants, police said.
