BROOKLYN, NY— Jabari Brisport leads the race with 72.80 percent of the vote, according to the NY State Board of Elections, as results show a decisive advantage over challenger Marlon Rice, who holds 19.83 percent.
Brisport received 22,779 votes as all 171 of 171 districts reported.
Rice received 6,204 votes.

Write-in votes accounted for 0.40 percent, blank ballots totaled 6.83 percent, and void ballots made up 0.14 percent of the 31,291 total votes cast.
