Spectrum's New Retail Store in Bay Ridge & Boerum Hill

BROOKLYN, NY (November 26, 2019) – Spectrum now gives Brooklyn consumers more options to learn more about its video, internet and voice services — and its latest offering, Spectrum Mobile™ -- with two new stores in the Bay Ridge and Boerum Hill areas.

The Bay Ridge Spectrum store, located at 531 86th St., and the Boerum Hill store, located at 118 Flatbush Ave., both have an enjoyable and relaxed environment that allows customers to learn more about and try Spectrum services. The two new stores bring to three the number of stores in the borough.

The stores feature Spectrum Mobile, which combines the nation’s largest LTE network and a nationwide network of Spectrum WiFi hotspots all designed to save customers money. Customers can save up to 40 percent on a single line with unlimited data compared to other national carriers. Customers can also bring their own phone or choose from among the latest mobile devices and accessories and activate service right in the store.

Consumers also have the opportunity to experience the power of Spectrum Internet®, featuring starting speeds of 200 Mbps and plans with connections up to 1 gigabit per second. The plans include access to the interactive Spectrum TV App, which gives customers access to the Spectrum TV® content across a wide variety of platforms and devices, including Apple TV 4K. The newest Apple TV allows customers with Spectrum TV and Internet to enjoy the Spectrum TV App, along with thousands of other apps, iTunes and more — all through one device.

The new Brooklyn stores are open Mondays to Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from Noon to 5 p.m. Along with sampling and ordering Spectrum services, customers can also complete a variety of transactions at the store, including account payments and upgrading or exchanging equipment.

Spectrum already has a Brooklyn location at 769 5th Ave. in Greenwood Heights. A fourth Brooklyn store, in Williamsburg, is planned by the end of the year.
